We are passing to the 2nd stage of long-term assistance to displaced persons from Artsakh. At the first stage, VIVA provided assistance in border regions. VIVA volunteers were the first to meet Armenians leaving Artsakh. The elderly, children, pregnant women… VIVA volunteer points in Goris and Vayk admitted more than 70,000 people at the first 7 days of the exodus. Each of them was provided with medical assistance, and, if necessary, with diapers, medicines, and hygiene products.

Now displaced people from Artsakh have settled in different regions of Armenia and are undergoing adaptation. People need housing, work, clothing, food, medical care. What assistance does the state provide to the people of Artsakh and how can VIVA Foundation help?
